Default CNC Plasma cutting, bending and welding services

I can cnc plasma cut anything out of stainless, mild, aluminum, brass, copper ect with accuracy to +-.002 in thicknesses up to 5/8 depending on material. And up to 4' by 24'. Some past and current projects are signs, logos, floor grates, crafts, deck railings, brackets, ready to weld flanges, chopper parts and prototype work for local entrepreneurs and shops alike.
As far as offroad stuff I have done are winch mounts, weld on 15" beadlocks, gussets, diff rings, cage tie in plates, bumper brackets, rocker guards with or without custom logos cut out of them, rack and co2 bottle mounts, along with every kind of suspension and shocks bracket you can come up with. Quite a few people on the various boards have used me to cut things and would give you an honest opinion of my work. Some are Hosejockey, Alumcj, Ironman, Roadhouse, koz, Nathan, White rhino, along with many others.
I can design pretty much anything you can dream up or scetch out or I can use your existing file or picture (almost any format) and convert it. Give me a shout via PM here or email at truenorthdesigns@sbcglobal.net or better yet give me a call at 989.284.8750 and I'll get you a fast qoute and can cut out most things the same day and have it to you by the next.

Thanks, Tab Brousseau

Keep in mind too that I can bend tube in the sizes of 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 and 2". Along with any welding and general fab projects you may have. I also have access to a cnc press brake that can bend 10' long pieces.

WOW! Thanks for the compliments from you guys. Its appreciated.

Yes, I'm about 45-50 minutes north of Flint. Although I travel to southern michigan a few times a week so delivery would'nt be a problem in most of michigan. Although I can have parts to people anywhere in mich or northern Ohio next day through DHL for real cheap. Thanks, Tab

Tab cuts out all of my brackets and such on his machine.

Even stuff not related to the sport that I may need for around the house.

Can you do a U/V axis offset?
I'd like some port holes made for my boat to replace the plastic ones. There is a taper in the opening (reason for the offset)
I can buy replacement plastic on E Bay (Use for sample) but really want stainless.

No, I only have x and y axis, well, some z too but just to account for warping.
Thanks for the compliments guys. I take pride in the work and the parts I provide and try to do it as quickly as possible. Lately things have been good and I get a bunch of PM with questions all the time. Keep em coming and I'll see if I can help you finish your project with parts that are professional and fit like they should. I like "odd" projects too so if your developing a new project or some prototype stuff I would really like to help out. Thanks again, Tab

Would you be able to 'retrofit' something? like adapting a grilleguard/brushguard to accomdate for a winch & stinger?

Probably not in one piece on my machine. I can make stuff to replace some parts on the existing bumper if needed. I'm sure I can get it all together and your winch on. PM me the details if interested. Thanks, Tab
