My best friends Trans is about to die. The trans lost reverse today.

Who here works on/or recommends a trans man local in macomb or Oakland counties

Most likely a broken rear band, from shifting from drive to reverse to drive.

pull it and I can fix it or rebuild if he wants to.

He said you can hear it shift in reverse but not enagage. Also first gear is hissing.

How much to rebuild and beef up this 46RE?
