I used to delete my own threads in the Marketplace all the time before I was a Moderator. Eventually the Completed Sales Forum was created and there was no longer a need to do it.

This has been questioned before but No one wanted to listen.

At one time we were allowed to delete our own threads EXCEPT in the RB. Now we can't. I didn't know if it was subscriber issue or across the board, but do a search, this isn't the first time it was brought up.

Why do you need us not to? We used to have the ability to do it. It was one of the benefits of paying the $12.

Because people start stupid trolling threads and then remove them after they caused an issue.

If you don't want to post it, don't post it, then you won't have to delete it

I also deleted old for sale threads, and started new ones for the same stuff that weren't all garbaged up

So the idea is to keep the stupid trolling threads? Why would we want to do that?

The desire to delete threads is not because of what we ourselves posts, but rather because other people take a crap in the threads.

Right, that was useful to people. I did that all the time, but that was before we had a system and someone to keep an eye on stuff like that.
