Wheel bearings on my 1999 Yukon

Can the wheel bearings be replaced or do you have to replace the entire hub?

With a lot of f'ing around you can replaced just the sealed bearings in the hub. Most auto parts stores will tell you the bearings are not available separate but you should be able to get them through an industrial bearing supplier. You will also need a hydraulic shop press and some ingenuity. Much easier to just replace the entire hub unit.

Lil trick for those. Im sure Green has his fixed by now but on mine I replaced with a pre abs year and saved quite a bit. I dont like ABS anyways. Mines a 98 K2500 and I used a 92 K2500 bearing.
