when you reem out a CJ pitman arm there isnt enough material left to be considered safe.

I build them using part of the CJ arm and surrounded by 3/4" x 1 1/2 flat bar and then reem them to fit your new drag link end.

I use stock, straight, CJ pitman arms, I havent seen one yet that is big enough to reem out for a 1 ton tre.

But than again I have only worked on about 75 to 100 and parted out at least 30 CJ's since I started Ironman Offroad.
