Default bolt on ladder/traction bar

Trying help out my dad. He wants a bolt-on anti wrap/ traction/ ladder bar for his duramax chevy 2500. Does any body make such a thing? oh and he's cheap like the rest of us.

I don't have the time to fab anything, and he doesn't want to. He's retired and dosen't have time........
