Default How much do YOU tip the pizza delivery guy?

Well, let's hear it - how much do you tip? I usually give em $3-4 bucks. Just wondering, with the cost of gas these days, is that being cheap?

I usually give $5, as Jets is not exactly close to my house. That number sometimes fluctuates if they have to call me to ask for directions or if I'm ordering very close to closing time and keeping the driver over.

At times both the White Lake and Milford stores have disputed whose delivery area I'm actually in. :tonka:

Frank won't eat lunch at most places because "lunch should never cost more than $8". :tonka:

maybe they can't find your house because the street name you give everyone isn't really a street, but some nickname for the road.

Both my sons are in the Pizza Business.........They get about 5-10 if they deliver to us. ( only 1/2 mile ) Or 2-3 for anyone else.....plus we get 30% off for family.......Crap.......Both drive Jeeps and with the price of repairs and gas....they don't make enough to cover the cost....When the company raised the price of delivering it fell on the shoulders of the delivery guy they get scwewered and pay more for gas.

My brother quit delivering when they tried screwing him over on the cost. The pizza places should be required to pay min wage + the standard per mile min cost. I'm not sure what the window is right now, but I know its usually a high and low number per mile. I get 48 cents a mile myself, but thats pretty high in the window.

Actually, its the first name of Chevota's deceased father. I believe he built the house (IIRC) and they named the road after him when the land was split in like 2003. You'd think that would be long enough for the street to make it into some databases.
