Default Pinks at Milan?

was on the website today and saw this....

The show can be really hit or miss, but coming to Detroit I would imagine it would be a cool V8 BB shootout...

Anyone know more about it?

I like the races, I just hate the soap opera crap the show has along with the racing.

There's one or two of the freak vans with a lot of work running 11s.

There's a LOT of SRT4s running 11s and better, with not that much work.

The problem with that show is the sandbaggers. The premise is cool.

yeah i know, i just want to see the van win, Pinks is a stupid show and they usually try and make it fair, etc.

I just get sick of watching FOrd Vs Chevy with Small blocks or Big blocks all the time. and then throw in some cheesy program and it really sucks

Fucker. Beat me to it.

However - If he got that thing straightened out, I bet we could get some better AWD running gear and get it on that show. They'd probably want it just for the "odd factor".

Like TF-727/NP229 with a J-20 D44/D60?

Me too, but every single FWD car on there gets whooped.

SRT4 would be the best FWD car to do it with . . . the TD's of the older area like mine that just got destroyed don't stand a chance against the newer TDs. Plus SRT4s are really easy to hop up with out anyone knowing.

I still think an SRT4 vs BB Dodge would draw a crowd by attracting my generation and Haggars generation.

Banks Engineering runs diesel drag trucks, on of them being a Dakota.. There are also a couple diesel drag cars.

They've already done a bullydog diesel on pinks.

No one wants to go on and give away a nice car, though. Usually they are beaters built in 4 weeks just for the show.
