Default Grade School Movies

OK, the wife and I were talking last night. She brought up movies in school. Does anyone else remember those movies in the 70s they would show that showed how things were made? i.e. pencils, tires, etc. What the hell were those movies called?

Anyone? Bueller?

I always remember the safety movie- "Shake Hands with danger" It was on a projector.
The one on Discovery and History channel rocks though. Really cool!

My favorite showed some easily manipulated kid getting talked into smoking a joint in an alley. 4th grade, I think.

He took one hit, and he was permanently retarded, drooling and babbling.

Needless to say, none of us took it too seriously.

I know it was a cartoon by WB that showed full size trees being sharpend down to pencils and toothpicks.
