Question Diesel Fuel

Whats the differance of regular and premium diesel?
Is premium better for starting in winter?
I run the regular and put in a anti gel additive at winter just here.
Thanks for any input buzz.

Premium also has a slightly higher Cetane number so yes it should ignite a little better. But this all depende on what brand fuel it is.
