Rockcrusher vs. SOLID diff covers

Has anybody purchased "Rockcrusher" diff covers from Mad4wd.com?
I see that most people that used to sell Rockcrusher (Reputable companies like Quadratec/4wd.com/Northridge Offroad, etc...) are now selling what seems to be the same cover, but with the name "SOLID" instead of "Rockcrusher".
I talked to the "Customer Service Specialist" at Mad4wd and he said that ROCKCRUSHER is suing SOLID.
He told me to talk to the "Australian" that works at Mad4wd and put me on the phone with a guy who had a very strong Australian accent.
I don't know if this guy was just putting me on or what...
but I would like to know if anybody has done business with Mad4wd and if they have heard of anything about "SOLID AXLE" being sued.
Thanks for your input and maybe this can save someone from getting hosed if this is the case.

Mad4WD is awesome! I am actually going there in a couple of minutes. They are about 10 min. from my fiance's house. Rockcrusher and solid are not the same company. Anyway, Larry (he's the owner) is a great guy! He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to axle building!

The "Australian" at Mad4wd said that they are "not the same" and that the Rockcrusher covers are from Australia and that the SOLID ones are being stamped in CHINA.

Hey 89yjon, You said that you know Larry at Mad4wd, is there actually an "AUSTRALIAN" that works there or was the guy just putting on his best impersonation?
Not to sound like I doubt the guy, but why would an "Austrralian" be working in Poland, OH?

Thank you for the response with the attachment.
Even though they have merged for now, the "Australian" at Mad4wd still said that they, "Rockcrusher", are still suing SOLID. Not the happy marriage that the new name announcement as quoted by the attachment.
