Default Ban children in MI public places

Dont you just hate it when you are sitting down having a nice porterhouse and a beer, and lil jimmy jo jr is having a tempertantrum and yelling and screeming at the table next to him.

Oh when the bright grandmother takes a screaming todller away from their table, to only bring them closer to yours.

Seriously what about the people with cronic migrains, those children are causing a undue physical harm unto persons. Not only that they ruin the whole experience of your dinning.

Childrens scream carry across the whole resturant, not only effecting the patrons but also the workers that are stuck their working.

Do these people really deserve to have their time ruined by you because you were too cheap to hire a baby sitter for a few hours?

I am a parent and I agree. I was lucky that my kid was pretty good in public. She usually behaved better than me.

What if they were required to wear a muzzle or one of those ball in mouth things to keep them quiet if they are in public?

I saw a sign in NYC in a coffee house window,
it read:
"Unattended children will be given an Esspresso and a Puppy"

When I'm out somewhere with kids that don't behave (like my half-siblings), I tend to make them have contact with things.

Seat backs. (brake check)
Candy aisles. (supermarkets)
Their own food. (restaraunts)
Buildings or bushes. (out walking someplace)

Embarassment seems to work.

As a parent of three, I would rather see people required to pass a parenting test before they can have children. I know Hal is kidding, but remember, when you see these little turds acting like holy terrors it's the fault of the parents not the turds.

One of my favorite past times is prodding my son in to a full tantrum while we're eating- preferably in a crowded restaurant on a weekend evening. When the little bugger goes ape shit, pounding his fists on the ground and everything, I take him over to the smokers section and let him ride it out until he's done.

I have three kids under 7 myself. I personally try to take them out to the resturants when it is not busy. But if we do go out when it is busy nothing beats the joy of the muffled threats (eat your @%#$ food and shut the *#^# up or I will beat you in front of everybody I swear I will) That my friend is the joy of fatherhood.
