Yea...I don't know how you survive on 20 hours a week.

To your question, just GL4x4 and MJ. I'm on the computer a few hours each day, doing homework and such.

i love sleeping, i could it i wanted to, sleep about 18 or more hours a day. At work in the mornings i get a break just about every 15 minutes, most of the time i take a quick cat nap. In fact ill probably be taking a nap till 3 in a few minutes.

We had a guy working for us that would go through the same thing.
I believe his worst stretch was also 11 days maybe more.
He would end up in a mental ward for a week or so.

finally, someone said it. Go to the gym and test your arm and chest strength for a full hour. cycle in about twenty minutes of cardio. if your not dead tired when you are done then take equinolove up on her idea and properly take care of your girlfriend. if you have one that is. hence a workout routine should be mutaully beneficial for you and her. not saying you have trouble landing the ladies as if i recall correctly you are in a band and play bass, so we all know guitarists get unequal shares of free loving...

if need be PM me and i will write you out a solid weeks worth of physical workouts similar to the ones we did while i was in Ranger Battalion.

I do work out, half hour of cardio a day and some lifting. One arm, sometimes both.

When I first started showing signs of insomnia, this is what the told me to do. Do not use your bed for anything except sleep, sex

Do not: Watch tv in bed, do not study in bed, do not read a book in bed, do not eat in bed, etc...

I used to have severe insomnia. Not only is it bad for you mentally but it can also age your appearance.
One of the first side effects of my heart meds was being able to sleep. I can sleep anywhere and anytime.
