Default Ford Flat top knuckles

ive got a line on a set of ford flat top knuckles already machined and drilled for a fair price

what Im wondering since I was plannig on buying a ford hub/brakes and bearings to convert my Dana 44 out of an 81 FSJ from 6x5.5 to 5x5.5 can I use the ford parts I was planning on buying and the ford knucles with the Jeep spindle so that I can go with a Hy steer set up of should I start looking for a set of frod spindles as well
