Default Co2 Fill ups Western Metro Detroit

Just an FYI...

After many phone calls I found place, close to my house, to fill my UltimateAir tank.

Valley National Gases
28240 Beck Road
Wixom, MI 48393
(248) 735-2150

Take Beck n/b over 96 and turn on the first street to the right (industrial park) and go all the way to the end.

Cost $23 to fill my 10# tank. It was ready in few hours after dropping it off.

What kind of places were you calling? I guess I thought that any welding gas supply place could handle that? Did most places just want to swap you tanks instead of filling yours?

Isn't that Plymouth-Wayne welding?

That is where I bought my welder and plasma cutter.

To PP- I called welding supply companies and some would plain not fill Co2, some would only exchange and one yelled at me when I told him what the Co2 was for, some guy in Livonia.
To TopHeavy- Yes is Plymouth-Wayne Welding, its a DBA.

$23 for a 10lbs fill?

Shop around more. Here in GR, Airgas fills my 15lbs Ultimate air tank for $12.xx and my 20lbs tank for $15.xx . Did I mention that these are on the spot fills? Maybe 5 minutes of waiting?

Not trying to put you down, just I know you can get it a little cheaper than $23 for 10lbs!

Look around for an AirGas or Purity Cylinder, PC was only a little bit more than AG.
