Jeep FC-150, Probably late 50's to early 60's.

They are a CJ-5 with a different body, basically. Which means they are a bit topheavy/heavy, and they don't have enough weight on the rear axle for decent traction..

there is also one forsale in waterford off of Crescent lake road. I stopped and looked at it, it's a little rough and the gut wants 3g's.

Why not just come out and say "I'm not gonna buy it, because I'm broke as a muh fuggah."

Screw all the fancy talk.

Like I said, CJ-5 drivetrain, so those were F-head 4 cylinders.

The Larger FC-170s with dual rear wheels had a narrow track Dana 70 (although its coarse spline) rear axle and the Hurricane straight-six.

The military FC versions had a 3 cylinder diesel.

How sweet would it be to see the old Troop Carrier version on big tires wheeling?
