This is what my new spring set up is
Top
85 rear main
85 rear 2nd leaf mil rapped
6in front 2nd leaf
85 rear 3rd leaf
6in front 3rd leaf
6in front 4th leaf
Bottom

Heres about the difference with the new rear center pins over stock location centering pins.
Before

After

Looks like im going to have to trim the front bumper lower tub. Dont having to worry bout the tire rubbing on the back of the fenders any more It will sit up bout another 3in or so when its actully all together. Still on jack stands there and no axle

Cousin is shipping me out my ifs box tomorrow so hopfully that will be here soon. Got the old one out today. Also should be getting all my trusses and cross over steering soon. Having my brother make me knuckle trusses and shock mounts tuesday hopfully.

So now im pretty much just waiting on parts again

Need it done by the 2nd to put it on the trailer for silver lake
Always pushin it to the last minute

Got my new front springs on the front a little while back. Super soft. Flexs real sweet. Now i just have to put chevy leaves in the back so it flexs at all for corners and not just the front.

Just need to get my front driveshaft the right lenght. Retubed it but right before i left 4 silver lake but ended up being to long. It bottoms out when the front compress's. Going to get a long travel kit when i have the money to order it.

Also just ordered a few things from summit.
Auto meter trans temp gauge, and vacuum gauge
10x11x1.5 trans cooler
Poly motor mounts
And some new intake gaskets. Front and back were leaking oil. Didnt use enough sealer i guess

My adapter came loose at silver lake. Fixed it in the parking lot that night

Flex shot with the new springs up front. There quite a bit more left, shocks are to short

Pic with small tires with the new springs. You can see the amount moved forward by looking at the angle of the shocks

Axle after all the new armor

Idk. What day is opener.

I got a bunch of new stuff for summit the other day that i have to still put on and i need to redo my front driveshaft. When i moved the front axle forward my [ ] d-shaft was to short so i retubed the old stock one the night before i left for silver lake and didnt check it. Ended up being to long and bottoms out over bumps. So i need to cut that down.

And all my new stuff is poly motor mounts, auto meter vacuum gauge and elec trans temp gauge, big trans cooler and new intake gaskets there leakin in the back in the valley. Then a few other smaller things. So need to swap out motor mounts and im making a new center dash to mount the gauges. Then i have to drop the pan and notch it for my clearnce with my d-shaft and make a port for the sending unit for the trans. O and my trans cooler wont fit any were on the rad so i have to redo my fan set up and cut some of the front cab support out to fit it.

Few things, nothing to big just need to do it

Yea. As far as i know there is a fair share of room on that back corner ( i have passanger side drop) I ended up denting it in to clear temparly put going to do it nicely when i have the pan off. Thinkin that i just take some 3in exhaust tube and use that for the notch in the pan.

O and ill see what i can do fbout being ready for the 17 and if i can get any of my friends to go ( trailer my truck lol)

Thanks

Tomorrow if im not to tried after work im going to start taking the front fans and etc off to figure out how im going to mount my trans cooler and remount the fans. Went and got all the hardware to put a drain plug on my trans pan and to put in my trans temp gauge sending unit. Probly do all that saturday afternoon and sunday. Fixing the nebiorbers truck saturday morning so i have to leave the garage open till thats done.

But yea its been workin pretty desent latly. Put a few miles on it today. Went to parts store and hardware then came home then went to the blue sky car show and meet stevelknevil (spelled wrong) there then came home then right back out to my cousins. Seems to be working good right now. Just trying to not burn my tires off. Been leaving to many black marks:tonka:

Time to update some

Descided to finally get some nice gauges just wasnt sure how to mount them. Ended up ordering a dash pod for a dodge ram and removed some and added some to make it work. Put a trans temp, water temp and oil pressure gauge in it. Got all electric sending units, didnt like my mec. old ones so it gave me a reason to get some nice ones.

Also put my new trans cooler on. Dont have any pic's of that yet. Also switched all my fittings on the motor to AN' fittings.

Now i just need to put my new poly motor mounts on, swap out my to 10in fans for the 16in i got and put my vaccum gauge on.

Now ive also deside that im going to just put dana 60s in my truck. Not going to mess with the toyota axles any more. Exspecly since i plan on building the motor more So all the above work with the axle was for nothing, o well

O and heres the picture and video i said id make from the start of the motor swap.
