Im going to put another 10in fan on it. Have to run a low pro one so i cant really fit any thing else. The 2 10s i think pushes just short of 2000cfm. I just want to get the pump, Figured way not.

And jared it finally works AND it has amazing brakes now to. Almost forgot to fix them though. If you want to come check it out just stop by. Talk to Trevor bout stoping by, he knows when im around and make sure he gets the rest of my trans fluild.

Just ordered a high flow short style water pump for a corvette. Billet water pump pulley, chrome crank pulley, shims for pulleys, 10in electric fan 2100cfm so between the two fans it should push about 3000cfm.
Have to go get all the brackets for my alternator to go to the short style water pump. Hoping to just get them at napa.

Been wiring the starter. Wiring it into the cab instead of under the hood. Also been cleaning all the antifreeze off of every thing from the seal blowing up.

Hoping to have every thing done for the unlimited offroad event this weekend.

Ordered the wrong water pump kinda. Doesnt work with the pulley i ordered. Wrong bolt pattern and the pilot in the middle is bigger then the pulley hole. I ordered a different pump and just going to return the first pump when all said and done.

Got every thing off the front of the motor today. Found out that it was not the seal that was shooting out all the anti freeze but the raditor. The bolts in the front of the water pump cut though a tube or two on the raditor. So i got that all fixed up today. Also mounted the other fan on the front. Just barley got them both to fit behind the grill. Had to cut a few spots but nothing big. Got the power steering pump hooked back up. Also got the new crank pulley swapped out. Moved the temp sensor from the head to the intake. Did a few other things here and there. Just came in to take a break.

Waiting for my friend to come over with his welder to do my crossmember and exhaust. If the stuff from summit shows up tomorrow i should be ready for the open house this weekend. Busting my butt trying to get it done for it.

Got to drive it to work today. Kinda sucked cuz it was still leaking a little bit of oil onto the exhaust. And the stupid fuse when it gets hot comes lose so my fans shut off then the temp jumps up. So either in the morning or tuesday i have to pull the disturbor out and put a new seal on it so it stops leaking and put in a new fuse holder. Real sweet though untill it starts leaking and the fans shut off.

Also:
The gears are bad in the rear end and starting to scare me so i think im going to swap out the 5.29 locker 3rd member and put the stock one in untill i can get new gears. Also my drive shaft vibrates like crazy with the new angles so im going to put a different one in and try to shim the rear end.
So i still have a few things to do put but i finally got to drive it more then a 1/4 mile.

Ended up having to make a ton of things to mount up the alternator to match up with the short style water pump. Pretty cool set up.

And my gear to gear timing set is getting a little annoying. Very noicey.
Truck sounds pretty though.

Nice driving my truck though. Alot taller then my mom camre:tonka: . Already had some one take a picture of my truck today at quick park (were i park for work). Also turned a ton of heads on the way there. Real fun going though the tunnels at the airport with a real motor and exhaust (sounds sweet in the tunnels)

Thats all for now:chiefwoohaw:

Here it is actully bolted in the truck. This is before the new water pump, pulleys, and new alternator mounts. Dont have pictures of every together yet. Just the pulleys. Billet

Both fans on. Just barely fit behind the grill. Took a little trimming but you cant tell from the front. Only when its off.

New cross member. Got alot more clearance out of it with this one as the pictures show.

Yes that is a y pipe. 2 1/2in into 3in. Then its 3in all the way to the muffler. Sounds real good with the super40 flowmaster. Then it is dual 2 1/2 out of the muffler but i havnt done that yet, just to the muffler.

And heres my new rear end. Didnt really talk much about it but it is out of a 88 toyota truck so it is 3in's wider, and has the bigger brakes. Going to replace with disk later, thats way they dont look that nice cuz i wasnt going to take the time to clean them up to just replace them.

That brings stuff up to date for the most part. Redid the timing last night. Going to try and fix any links today. Make it relieable today.

Had fun last night. Lets just say it will do a mean donut.:tonka:

Im working on it . Its hard to video tape while driving and when ever i do drive it people want a ride not to video tape.

Should have every thing all set and ready to go saturday. Started wiring the relay before work just have to put the switch in so the fans dont run my battery dead every time after turning off the truck. And i have to fix one of the belt tensoner's cuz its grinding metal to metal right now. Stupid thing shot sparks at me when i started it . Then bleed the brakes.

Completly tor the axles down to nothing. Put the welded diff in the back and the locker one in the front cuz the gears where going in the back so i put it in the front till i can get new gears. Painted my knuckles on the front, looks really nice now.

Almost done. Have to get it ready so i can go to school. Start thrusday and it is a hour drive one way. So hopfully its done and reliable by then.

Ill try and get a video or two up tomorrow.

Drove to the gas station today and when i pulled in the drive way my brother started saying it was on fire. So i shut it off and sure not there was oil dripping on the exhaust and was on fire. Luckly went out real easy. Just blow on it, it would go out and then catch back on fire. After a few times it stopped. Should have:stan3: on it:tonka:

Starting to worry that it is my rear main that is leaking all the oil. Its also still running like crap. Think i might have to take some timing out of it. Hoping thats the problem cuz almost what ever i do with the carb it still runs like crap.

Probley pull the cover off the trans to get a better look at the rear main and try to find out where the oil is coming from.

Ill take come video when i get it going right, and not catching on fire
:miff: How i feel

It could be but i dont know if im going to go. Think its like 2 hours from here so thats a little long for a day trip and dont know if id want to camp out. And i cant afford to break it right now with school starting and work.

I finally got it going good for the most part. Went and got a new felpro one peice oil pan gasket. Doesnt leak any more. Been driving it around all day. Needs to be tuned and i need to check the timing. Doest run that great at lower rpms but when it hits about 4000rpm it gets up and gos. Surpiced at how smooth it runs at 80mph.

Today im going to go though and try to fine tune every thing. Then i going to get it on the highway and see how it does. I start class thursday and it is a hour drive on the high way one way so i have to make sure it will do it with out having to worry.

Not used to having the rear welded. Alot different then the locker.

Ill try to get some video tomorrow.

Alright i though id update this. Last friday i drove it to work and half way there my power steering hose cracked and started leaking. Not to big of a deal. When i got off of work that night i started up my my truck and drove it for about 1min though the parking lot and then it died. Had gas for sure, and i didnt have any thing to pull the plug to check for spark. Ended up leaving it in quickpark over night. Went back saturday with the dooley to get it. Ended up not having spark. Looks like my igntion box died on me. So now the truck is back to sitting in the driveway.

Now im working on putting the motor in the 92 toyota truck so ill have somthing relieable to drive and that gets good gas milage. Got the motor for that all cleaned up and almost ready to go in, just have to get a new clutch for it.

Today i put all my spec in for my motor(350) on the computer at school on the dynosim
_RPM___HP_____TQ
1000.....46........244
1500.....89........313
2000....145.......380
2500....197.......413
3000....242.......423
3500....298.......446
4000....352.......463
4500....397.......463
5000....433.......455
5500....461.......440
6000....474.......415
6500....474.......383
7000....461.......346
7500....436.......305
8000....391.......257
8500....336.......208
9000....283.......165

So thats the numbers on my motor at the flywheel. It is a pretty cool program, able to type in every thing almost on my motor down to the flow numbers on my heads. You can even change things like the timing. It shows every thing that the motor did thoughout the whole thing.

Also i now have to figure out whats going on with my igntion box and try to exchange it and return a few things i ended up not using.
