OK, I've got you now. I thought you were saying he didn't understand how politics works in Washington, more in dealing with other politicians etc, i.e. how to get things done. Not with respect to representation of the people and having the lime light on him 24/7.

In that respect it may hurt him, or it may turn out to be a good thing. Sometimes a fresh perspective is a catalyst for change. Change in DC would be good.

he is FOR abortion
he is FOR gun control
he is FOR queer rights

if people really look at the issues, I don't think he has a chance. If they just look at 9-11 then he may.

I wouldn't vote for him.

From that stance you would think that he was a democrat.

Besides what was mentioned above lets get back to the point that he really has no experience besides being a face man where everything was run for him after 9/11.

Johnny M has the tools needed to win the vote and give the a fighting chance. For examaple . . Senator, War vetern . . . good guy.

At the risk of sounding ignorant, can someone explain the term "face man" to me?

I looked it up and all I found was this from the Urban Dictionary.

These first 3 seem like good qualities for a leader...

#1)noun - the front man or con man of a group operation; usually the smoothest talker and the best looking; derived from the 80's tv show, the a-team

#2)A person with incredible genetics. It is neither something that can be created or worked at, but rather inherited. It can be so strong that it invokes jealousy amongst others.

#3)One that is as cool as Leisure Suit Larry. Gets all the hot chicks and drives all the nice cars. One that has incredible charisma.

Nothing here...

#4)One Who has an irregular face.

This one seems to apply, sort of .

#5)A New Yorker with a heart of gold and testicles of bronze. Known for making movies and providing emotional, physical, and sometimes sensual support for the elderly and poverty-stricken Pilipino boys. Smells of waffles and occasionally hangs large phallic objects from trees. Should not be trusted.

This one applies to someone , but not rudy.

#7)An idiot troll who can't get out of the past. One who is stuck on dwelling over things that don't make sense. Has incredibly low IQ.

Face Man

The guy that is put out to deliver the message but has no input to what the message says or how it was designed. Always in the publics eye's with an expression of sorrow or delight. See Rudy Giuliani

What if it was down to Rudy or Hillary? That's a tough choice for a conservative voter.

Those 3 issues are only hot button issues, used to sway voters. The supreme court will have more control over those issues then the president will. He's stated that he would continue to appoint conservative judges like in the recent past.

I wish we had a candidate that was for the abolishment of the disease we call homosexuality. More money needs to go there to find a cure for it. Then we wouldn’t have to worry about “civil unions” or whatever the lin's want to call it next to dumb it down.

Drew, please lay off the quips about the World Trade Center, most of us know your opinion, as you know how many people it offends when you say things like this here.

If you didn't already know, this is the kind of statement you make that gets people upset with you as it seems like you are intentionally saying it to get an angry response.

It is also what always seem to lead to people asking for you to be banned. This is just my opinion, and I would like to see you stay and offer your honest thoughts in these debates, but please stop trying to intentionally rile people.

Ok, I'm ready for you to show me how everything was run for him and he did absolutely nothing himself while in office. Back it up please.

All I can say to this is WOW. I've always respected what you have to say..... but this.....WOW.

See what the man himself has to say on the issues.
Last nights interview on Hannity & Colmes.......

LOL, a so called conspiracy theory offends people? I guess they need to put their heads in the sand if they are offended by that. Thanks for the advice but I'll ignore it since this site I would think can handle other opinions.

Those are my honest thoughts. And if Bush(the brains behind 9/11) did fly another plane into a building I think Rudy might have a chance but until then he has no credentials to win in 2008.

Yes, please to continue to post this nonsense. I tend to try to think the best of people and have a short memory so I need the constant reminder of what a dumb shit you really are.

My mom has talked with Rudy quite a bit recently and she says he is a very nice and very likable man in person. She actually told me that she hoped he would run since he is the only real candidate besides McCain that she would consider.

It wouldn't surprise me if Rudy and John run together in the end.
