Sorry to hijack, but I have to say your house looks nice. I have been interested in doing the same thing (find repo and fix up). Can I ask how much you acquired the house for?

House looks good.....doing the SAS on the taco?you know on the other boards when its done to a taco its SAC.....guess it has to sound difficult or something:tonka:

wow what a difference on the house, the red in the kitchen is close to the color of our bedrooom, nice to see not everyone goes with blah white, eggshell, cream, they are all white and boring

we did every thing on are own ( well we did hire a mud man to mud and tape ) i love how the doors turned out i made them my self

those doors do look good, my wife has been wanting to redo our cabinets (doors) for a fresher look, wish i had the know how to make some like that i would do it! very nice job!!

I can see that in Marine City...lived there for a year a long time ago.Depending on the area there are some $$$$$ houses,others are old cottages from way back when 60 miles away was a vacation
