That pattern fits all 8-lug Dodges. I've been doing that for a long time now.

GO ON EBAY AND PRICE A NEW SET OF 18" RIMS WITH 35" ON THEM VERSES WHAT THE H2 WHEELS AND TRIES ARE GOING FOR

There really isn't a benefit based on just the wheel (unless you have ugly base model rims), as the newer Rams are available with 17x8" 8x6.5" rims anyway. I had H2's for a while and ditched them in favor of the newer Ram 2500 rims and didn't have to do anything to the center caps at all. The only benefit is that gangstas usually don't give a crap about the old tires and H2's come with 35r12.5r17 BFG AT KO's if that's what you are looking for.

I just wish I could find a good looking set of 19.5" wheels with the proper weight rating and stock backspacing. Of course nobody makes them at a reasonable price.
