Default USFS approved spark arrester?

This is likely a very stupid question but... i can use a laugh

I've been looking around at some of the parks and their regulations and all require a 'USFS approved spark arrester'

I know what a spark arrester is... but does it come stock on my 88YJ?

thanks!
