Default '93 YJ trade for TJ

I would like to weigh my options here. I have a '93 YJ 4.0L 5sp(AX-15)
It has:Lock-Rights front and rear
Cable disconnect
4:10 gears
Race seats with 4 point seat belts
32X11.50-15 Super Swammper SX's
on 15X8 solid alloy wheels
4" Rough country lift with 1 1/4" lift shackles
Boral Header
K&N coll air intake
TJ flares
2 sets of 2 pc soft doors(one round top the other square top)
Ann Aubur drive shafts front and rear
SYE kit on t-case also

extas that come with it are:
Set of 6" Rough Country leafs never used
pair of Dana 44's out of a '91 Waggy(need over hual)
second AX-15 being rebuilt(needs syncros I have the rebuilb kit)

Only issue, syncros are going bad in the Jeep but driveable(I drive it every day, and could use a new exhaust.

Would like to trade even up for a TJ with at least a I6( auto or 5sp would be fine) in it even if it's stock it would be fine. I drive every day on the freeway and need something a little nicer ride on the road. This thing wheels great no complaits at all.
Just some pics of it and the wheels on it..

I know you're looking to trade, but would you take cash money and if so, how much? My cousin is looking for a rig something like yours.
