My Mortgage Mailer

Hey All, I send out a quarterly mailer just giving updates and opinion on the mortgage industry, pertaining to the local Michigan economy, so you can gage how your current situations is effected.
You'll never see me mention to you a banks weekly special, they usually only benefit that banks revenue stream and not you. You also won't see me mention a rate of 3% to get you to call. If I can help you I will, if not I'll tell you when I may be able too.
I don't work for a banks, so it's you and I choosing a bank that will benefit you the most. I use major banks such as Nat City, Bank of America and smaller banks that may have better rates or a specialty program like Taylor Bean and Whitaker Mortgage Corp.
Over the last 6months several of you have PMed me or called me about your own situation, hopefully I've helped, and again always feel free to contact me.
If you would like to be added to my mailing list please pm me with your address so I can add you, I'll be mailing a letter in shortly.

As a Great Lakes 4x4 member you'll receive $250.00 off closing costs and I have no junk fees. All closing costs are 3rd party, so it's truely $250.00 off. You won't see it addressed on the letter because the same letter goes out to my current database also. Hopefully you'll find the letters insightful.

Thanks

Chris

You just be glad you're doing well, you wouldn't believe the calls I get. There are some pretty upset/scared families in SE Michigan that aren't sure where they're going to spend the holidays. Try talking to a wife or grown man that is crying on the phone and won't hang up with you because he/she feels like if he/she does they'll be on the street. They think I have a magic wond and as long as I don't hang up they won't loose there house. It pulls at ya like you wouldn't imagine.
It makes the petty putdown and winey bull shit on here seem like a birthday party.

I know you're just joking cc but I got off the phone this morning with one, and it's difficult.
