Default Lockers (for home storage...not axles)

We're looking for a set of lockers for a small mud room. Either cubby style or full-size (upright) would be fine. Please let me know what you have available. We're looking to buy some fairly quickly.

The closer to Grand Rapids/Holland/Muskegon area, the better.

Thanks,
Craig

Thanks greenmeanie, but it sounds like I missed the boat on that one. Anyone else?

I saw some yesterday at the Haworth outlet store in Holland on M-40. They looked pretty nice, I think they were about $150 ea.

Thanks Kelvin. A few questions...
  • Is this place open to the general public?
  • If I took 196 to M-40, would I head North on M-40 to find the place?
  • When you say "$150 each", how many lockers and/or how many feet wide were each of these?

Thanks!
Craig

Craig,

This is open to the public. The lockers themselves were approximately 18"w x 18"d x 66" tall, they are all metal with keyed locks (kind of like you would find on a file cabinet). This is for one locker, from what I remember they had a top door to hang coats or whatever and a couple of drawers and I think they had a cubby. They looked pretty nice, kind of a dark grey in color. I was considering them for my own house. If you want I can swing back by there and get better info for you as I work right out that way.

I know where you can get some high school lockers for free but you have to pick them up. If you're interested in driving to Gibraltar MI let me know and I can take a picture of them tomarrow so you can see them.

They sold already (my wife just talked to them today). Thanks for the heads-up, though, Kelvin.

I'm definitely interested in getting both 71jeepster's set, and the ones RockyMtnMike mentioned. I'll gladly pay some $$$ for them, and/or would be willing to help out if you need any Jeep parts transported from the Grand Rapids area. I'd be bringing a 16' trailer to bring the lockers back with me (overkill, but it's the only trailer I own).

Can I get a photo of each of your guys' locker sets, if it's not too much trouble? I'll PM you both in just a few minutes.

Thanks,
Craig

Hey Craig you might want to check the Haworth store. They have some full door with side cabinates that may not be considered actual lockers but should work for that. Looked to be heavy duty and lockable.

One other thing your rollbar made it to Owosso yesterday. Nice drive over there but it was a little rough coming home last night.

I'm all set with 71jeepster's, but he only has 2 lockers. I need at least 4-6. RockyMtnMike's are already gone.

Does anyone else have any available?

Thanks,
Craig

Found some. If anyone else around West Michigan has any, I'd probably be interested in getting a few more.

Thanks,
Craig
