Default moving windshield sprayer

i just built a hood rack to hold my hi-lift jack. it works great other than yesterday at the mounds when my windshield was caked, i found out that it blocks my sprayers for the windshield wipers. anyone have any experience with moving these? i would think it shouldnt be that difficult

I would attempt to re-engineer the rack before cutting new holes in the cowl for the sprayers. Look at some of the mass-produced ones. You may only have to raise the mount a bit, etc.
