got the fenders trimmed up. Pat needs to do some plating in the rear fenders to cover holes. I also need to paint them up when done.

front before trimming

fronts

rears

I still need to trim up the rear bumper a little as you can see from the white line on it

The damn Tcase is leaking bad. We just put it all back together a couple weeks ago, and I filled it last week. I can't tell where its leaking from but looks like where the two halves of the case come together.

Now just waiting on some steering from JCR Offroad and we'll get the front all done.

Yes they are closer to the front, the suspension moves back under compression.

Phil , and hopefully soon

Track bar bracket made buy Ironman....needs welding finished, then paint it.

High steer is on

High Steer arms are from KOZ, and he did the reaming of the pitman arm. One ton steering(drag link, tie rod) are from JCR Offroad. I bought my Dedenbear flat top knuckles form Extreme Axle Sales www.extremeaxlesales.com.

Next week, run brake lines, install all brakes, install front axleshafts, build front shock mounts, exhaust, tighten everything up...and its done besides sway bars, finish fenders.

Front shocks are on

Last but not least....................its out of the garage under its own power!!

It was no easy task getting it out of the garage either. Pat and his 6'7" tall nieghbor Adam had to sit in the back to lower it, so we could clear the roof rack. Then the brakes wouldn't work and I almost rolled backwards into Pats new Dodge. Trannys make a lot of noise when going from reverse to park while moving:tonka:

Still a lot of little odds and ends to do, but it moves.
