Default Jeep gearing/speedo reading question...

More of a logic check actually.

Jeep Stock:
TF999 trans
NP231 tcase
3.07 axle
30" tires

Jeep Now:
TF999 trans
NP231 tcase
4.56 axle
35" tires

using this website's gear calculator
http://www.tommyjeep.com/apps/ratio/index.asp

I get 52.16mph at 1800 RPMs stock.

Then with the current gearing and tires i get 41.10mph at 1800 RPMs.

The speedo hasn't been recalibrated so does this mean that my speedo is about 21% off?

Give or take... you really need to use actual RUNNING tire diameter to get an accurate baseline.
