Missing from that article is exactly what was meant by "her afternoon prayer was interrupted by a fellow patron". If it was an intentional act strictly to disrupt her prayer I can see where she has a valid complaint. If the "fellow patron" was just using the gym for it's intended purpose and that interrupted her prayer somehow then no.

Just a thought. Don't they pray at the same time each day? So either don't go to the gym at that time, or find a quiet spot in the gym to do your prayer. The article doesn't state where she was in the gym while doing this prayer. Was she using a room that had a class scheduled? In the middle of the free weights? Not enough info.
