please explain to me how tax cuts "for the rich" aka dual income middle class families ONLY HELP the rich, but if you classify the tax cut for education it is a godsend. A tax cut you can spend on anything includes education. Bush tax cuts are a joke, but clinton tax cut is great ?

I dont get it.

Except this helps the teachers union .... but thats not bad right.

Incentive that the tax credit gives to those that acutally use it. Which are those that actually go to school which produces a nation with more education then before due to that incentive.
