Aren't they similar w/ brass fittings? Do you go through Randy's to order it?

No, no brass fittings. Just a ball spring style zerk fitting in the face of each cap. They came with a little grease gun filled with grease.

I assume you can buy it from Randy's but don't know.

I'm sure CTM's are different in some ways but they look quite similar.

ooohh, now I'm following. So the Jantz Joints have needles in them, right?

Nevermind, I can google it.

Pretty close to a ctm. They're website doesn't list a price?? I've got to imagine around the same cost.

:chiefwoohaw: I'm going to run spacers for now, since I've used up our fun money, don't have the time to have them recentered and can't bolt up steering with out them. I knew the offset on these wheels was big ... but not that big. :miff:

The wheel base will end up being right around 103" ... which isn't really that bad. I'm not going to do a long arm right away, but I may just sleeve the short arms and extend them a couple of inches to move the axle forward an inch/two. Probably ending up with a length around 105" ... which may be better. I want to have it done for the 1st so I can wheel it as is to justify the time in sleeving the arms (easy and cost effective) or manipulating the boss into spending more money on "My" jeep. :tonka:

I've already bought/installed new ones. Steering has already been thought out, bought and I don't have the time/money to replace what I have.
Spacers should be fine ... I've ran them before and I'm comfortable doing it again.

Thanks for the offer though!!

I have not even recieved the spacers and already plan on getting rid of them ... they'll be on sale in the spring!

Replacing the wheel center for custom backspacing w/ these from Dean Reed:

Driveshafts were sent out ... still plan on bringing it on the 1st. I can't let Natureboynate be the only one there w/ an XJ on 39"s.

Well ... too much. It's a pos 44 that I got on a good deal.

Do you really care what I have invested in it? Or are you just looking to harass me for not having a 60?

edit:
Technically the 44 is not a pos ... the axle was in great shape when I picked it up.

The front:

~mini-spool (for now)
~5.13
~Alloy USA inner shafts
~Moser outers
~CTM's
~stock 3/4 ton disc w/ dual piston calipers
~Warn hubs
~TNT Custom axle truss - by far the easiest "weld on" component I've ever done.

I'm waiting on my driveshafts, which should be done tomorrow. My wheel spacers are MIA, so I'm getting nervous. I'm fubared if they don't come by the 1st.

Got some other things done:
Rear axle minus hard brake lines is done and installed. Front axle is "tacked" and ready to be finished and painted. Steering, minus running the hoses for the hydraulic assit and paint is done.

With no doors and the suspension loaded the "frame" rails are close to 30". The door sill is close to 3ft. I know it's a little tall, but it's not really all that top heavy ... there's hardly anything there. :tonka: A roll cage will be added after the new year, and I still don't think it will be all that bad.

Wheel base is just shy of 104".
