Just thought I'd throw the most recent pic of it on the hoist again... there's actually some progress here.

This was last night... finish steering, trac bar and mount the bumper and it just might be ready to drive to work in the morning.

Other than the branch that went through the radiator everything worked great....

Southern Michigan Rockcrawlers $50 kellys does not leave the barn and $20 Ryan breaks within 1 hour

A couple more front axle build pics....

What's left of the Rusty's upper panhard bar bracket:


Had to modify the trackbar bracket that was on the truss when ordered.
Before:



After:


Treksoffroad truss ... easy installation for a HD truss. Only modified the above mount, added shock mounts and relocated the coil seats further back to move the axle forward.


Final product w/ steering .... which will be easily converted to full hydraulic by adding an orbital and removing the draglink.


Cylinder mounted way up high ... keep in mind I only have 8" lift coils. With minimal up travel, everything is in close quarters and out of harms way at the same time.
