Trailer it, no. Sleep in the motorhome, yeah, there's a floor.

Let me get through the week first and I'll have a better idea on timing ... although, I'm not sure that I want to take a "shakedown" run in Canada.

Got something done today yes, that's a Warn grab handle on a Ramsey.

New (used) winch rope! Thanks 95Geo, it's in great shape! and I think I literally dropped 25lbs from the front end.

All I have to do is install gears, weld on the truss (when I get it), reassemble it and go.

Actually ... I was teasing you about saying the same thing when you got your rig done.

It's used!? Since you never brought any over, I just took it off your exhaust.

what did you use to bend that upper hoop on the bumper? Looks like an exhaust bender with aluminized tubing!

Your right and it's been a joke since I got the bumper ... it's made of the thickest exhaust tube you can get. So far it's done it's job, but I'm sadly going to have to replace it. It's seen better days.

btw, I traded for a set of 35" Procomp M/T's that we're left at my house .. so it was free.

Recent designs for the new front bumper, which should be done/installed by mid-July.

This is in "design" stage right now, so no pricing or availability as of yet. Any questions can be answered by cyrus.

Same person who also designed my crossmember, which has worked flawlessly and been beaten on repeatedly.

That looks pretty cool! The only thing I woudl suggest is putting an opening so you can run a fair lead out the bottom and then adding a vertical rib across the back side of the winch plate on the bottom side to keep the back from moving around. That or a 1.0" tube across the back would do the same.

no more muffler tubing, right?

x2, except I think 1.25" would be slightly more rigid across the back
