Default couple light questions

ok i just put on my lightbar on my yj and i have 4 lights on it. so im wondering where i rout the wires from the light. im guessing i have to take them into the cab and down to the fire wall, the through the hole in the firewall to the battery. second question is do i need to put in a fuse on the hot wire?

Be sure you use a relay and not that crappy switch to control the high amperage that those lights are going to draw. Sorry for the crappy pic, but maybe this will help.
