Well said James!
Everybody makes mistakes and you took care of the one you made. I think you have been very professional about the slander you have recieved.

i think i am going to go back and see how my times i have read this fricking BS on various forums and threads.

my veiw:? which aint worth two shits, koz this things like 4-5 yrs old right? i dont know you or your clan personaly but argueing here and there over and over on the subject isnt improving your shop image in my mind..but again thats just me..

to the couple of pissed off customers that have continually posted up..sorry for your loss' i hope this never happens again..my brother is out 13,000 dollars on his rice rocket race car motor and to date something like 7 grand in lawyer fees due to a series of fautly motor specialists. so we here know the feeling..granted we made our misakes as well...in your case its been like 4/5 years, are your rigs running now? are you satisfied with them? have you changed and improved your rides like 100 times since the incident? if so does it really matter anymore..you dont ever need to go to this shop again right?. let it go, please..if anything take solace in the fact that anytime anyone on the net searches for info on koz offroad they will find these old threads..then they can make their decisions according to their gut feeling and whatever other info they find..

we wonder why the 4x4 community cant get shit done at the state level...

trail fanatic: heres your answer...we as a community of wheelers cant let shit that happened four years ago go , what makes you think we can combine as one community with a common goal NOW, to get something done in the state..until we learn that peple make mistakes..shit happens.. we as a community will never have the state wide impact we so desire..

point..let this shit go guys and focus your hate for each other on the shitty state we live in.. maybe one day we to can have marked and posted trails all across this state...kinda like the snowmobles do now..

my lousy 2 cents..

i havent been wheeling long but i have been awre of this war the entire time..and that sucks..

RLTW,
Grifter

Good points. Although I have not seen koz respond to these post until recently. I am suprised it has taken this long and I applaud him for finally standing up for himself. I have seen these posts also for a long time but only by a small group. The majority of people dont want to get involved. I wish people would put out the good things as fast as they are to put out the bad things. Sorry about the rice burner problems. Nobody wants to see people have problems like that.

Did it just hit a hole on one side or was it trying to ride with half on a high side?

ok, i'm happy to see that chevota is dropping his 4 year old issue, and koz admitted he messed up 4 years ago

now we should all go to the gl4x4 x-mas party and get drunk, and make fun of the redneck who drives the vehicle that this post was about

I’ve always wonder what would happen if that thing flopped over, wondered how’d they get it back up right? From the looks of those pics I guess it has a lower COG then I thought!
Should have thrown a few more chucks of mud on top to finish it off!

sorry for bringing this back up but I dont come over here often. Just gotta say that you guys are so full of shit. I still have the ring and pinion if anyone cares to look at it. you can see the bad markings. The pinion teeth sheared off. and the OX was ok and reused in the next install of gears. so I guess that so called piece of shit was good enough for you to put a new ring gear on it. God reading this just made me want to puke thinking of the experience I had with you. Oh and the rear axle problem was brought right to your attention since it fucking blew with out even wheeling and it was my DD and I needed it fixed.

anyways have a nice day fucker

I was there when mudman was getting pulled out out by roll-over herb. I think what saved him was the rut itself. I think the tires got hung up in the rut and just wouldn't let him roll over. Mudman's an animal out there and that comes with risks. I noticed some people bashing his build on the Monte. I've been up close and personal with that thing and he did a great job on the bracing of that unit, everything is trianglated and cleanly welded. I myself wouldn't put a body that high off the frame but that was his choice. Building stuff like that takes enormous amounts of time and energy. Also to his credit he takes his stuff out there and wheels it, unlike some posers around here. Don't be too critical unless you can build something better.
