ok, lets move that bashing to pm's or the bar.

We have settled that chevota is an ass, and koz sells lockers.

Then telling me to get it back up to you and we will work something out. which ended up being you charging me full price for your bull shit. you lack respect.

This is the exact typically bs that comes from you / your group. Like it was that clear cut--------why don't you tell the TRUE story if your going to bring up the crap.

So lets start with the fact that this was a customer parts supplied job that we sarted and parts were not only wrong in the front but also the rear axle. So not only did the job have to come in and out of the shop numerous times 1/2 pulled apart because the parts supplied were incorrect but all of the extra time for working on tearing it apart then reassembling it was never charged to you. This it the reason why the lube was skipped over. Yes mistakes do happen. The fact is instead of you accepting your partial responsibility of this you choose to drag on this pointless BS for how many years now----4 or 5 years. Get a life

Did I forget to put gear lube in your assembly yes---did I rebuild it right away free of charge yes---has it every had a problem since no. End of story

Your rear axle--well tell the truth about that also, you bought the parts and you heard direct from them also so don't try to blame that crap on my install. Your pos OX locker which the case half is held together by 1/4" bolts did not have the locks or wasn't torqued down from them. It came apart and that it that.

Does this suck that all of this happened---of course. Crap happens get over it and try telling the TRUE story.

Your job was the last time a customer was allowed to supply parts for a gear job and the last time a OX would be used in my shop.

Well now isn't that the pot calling the kettle black since you were the one to originally start this crap again. Instead of you continuing on you have one of your buddies keep up with the classy posts.

Uh, people that can read English would understand that the job was apparently stopped a few times because of the wrong parts.

And anything that has ever broken on any of your rigs would qualify as an "inferior" part that you found acceptable enough to run, smart guy.

First off ---sorry for having to high jack this thread due pointless posts.

Then you RECHARGE him full price to fix your mess up.

so can people get over stuff that happened 4-5 years ago. yeah if you can get yourself to admit you were wrong and took advantage of a guy cause you knew you could and reimburse him.

then sir i would be glad to not ever bash the koz name or shop. but until a wrong is turned into a right. ill be glad to keep doing it for the next 20 years.

First off I would like to point out you are talking about things that have nothing to do with you directly so i can't even begin to understand your problem anyway other than you are bored. Or maybe the fact that the used Locker i sold you i took back and gave you a full refund on.

Now back to the first hand story. One if there was a problem with any pricing then that should have been discussed 4-5 years ago.

So if i understand you correctly you not only want me to warranty a line of products of which I have never sold and of which the customer new the terms to "customer supplied parts agreement" but then also you want me to refund money back for a part that was a manufacture defect of which was clearly discussed with "I think they were called sun something manufacturing back then" and also rebuild build it free of charge. The customer was given a discount on the r&r. And was a proven problem with the carrier case halfs. The customer had the choice at the time to one either send the parts back for a warranty of which would take a couple weeks or buy new parts. he chose purchase new parts. If they would have been parts that were a line I support and were purchased through me then this would have been a completely different story.

So aside from the typically POS shifter assembly they had back in the day--I don't know what your referening to on the install that was a problem. If you have been aaround these you would know this and they will admit this about there earlier model design.

Anything that was at fault due to me was taken care of free of charge and do apoligize----mistakes happen and its not like this was a normal straight forward install due to parts issues.

FYI---if this would have been brought to my DIRECT attention years ago maybe things would have been different instead of going around the internet slandering me / my business with un educated information. Nothing can been done if it is not brought to my attention. Communication is the key---unfortunately I don't care to keep going on with thi, so take the information and turn / twist it into what you want.

Thank you---so you admit that you are going out of your way to intentionally do damage to me / my business.

that's a typical of people to pull out parts of a quote and twist it into what you want other people to read/think.

So let me state it more clearly for you. James called OX and OX said that there was an issue with the locker because it has small 1/4" bolts holding the 2 halves together FROM THE FACTORY and that it was not torqued properly or did not have the locks installed properly FROM THE FACTORY which is why it failed.

to quote properly this is what my brother said

GROW THE FAWK UP!!! You and your group act like you have never made a mistake in your Job. Everyone of you has and so have I. Life goes on, maybe you should try to get on with yours instead of trying to ruin my brothers life, his 2 daughters lives and his girlfriend lives. What you are doing is wrong in so many ways, it is the EXACT same as if someone were to break into my house and rape/murder my wife & family, because you are trying to RUIN my families lives....this is why I will always follow you around to make sure people know the truth instead of your BS lies!
