Default Is My Vehicle an ORV?

I was just curious if anyone can help me out. I have a 1998 Blazer turned into my trail rig and I was wondering if it would be legal for me to just put an ORV sticker on it and drive it? As long as I obey state and local laws for ORV then i figure I should be fine. The definition of an ORV according to Michigan law is very open. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

You'll be fine as long as you ONLY drive it on designated ORV Routes or in designated scramble areas that allow vehicles over 65" in width. It won't be legal on any county or forest roads though, even if there's an ORV ordinance that lets ORVs use the side of the roads because that only applies to vehicles 65" or narrower.
