Fuel tank, frame, trunk lid are the more important things I can think of off hand. Or any sheet metal I guess.

I like those rims and that style car. Very cool. Anxiously awaiting the next installments of the "build".

This looks badass.

Ok, so my tank leaks. Cheapest oe replacement tank I can find is gonna cost me $300. So do I replace the oe tank with oe style or get a fuel cell to replace it?

Not up on my 1/4 requirements, but will a plastic cell pass tech? I imagine at some point I will take it down a track for fun. And with replacing the engine with a fuel injected down the road, I won't be running an external pump but will do a internal.

So replace factory tank w/ factory style knowing I will mod it for internal pump.

Or

Fuel cell now being easier to install elec. Pump later

What are the dimensions? There are a lot of OEM style tanks out there under 1/2 of that price.... Look at some old GM passenger car tanks - isn't your filler neck behind the license plate?

edit:
Looks like newer tanks are similar size for $100 less...

I have welded a fuel tank. How many leaks on it?
If you can narrow it down to one or two holes, then weld them up.
If its a bunch of pin holes, get another cheap tank.

Cool car.
Hows the 390 push it around?

I love it. Looking for some classic steel to cruise around in myself. Currently trying to swing a deal with a guy on a '73 Mach 1 with a pro charger.....

390 gets it around but not impressed.

I have welded a tank or two myself. Drain them, clean them, fill it with water and weld away.

Undecided what I'll do. Probably just order a replacement tank.

Replacement tank for mine is $50, I really hope they have something out there under $300.

272 shipped with filler neck seal.

That's on eBay. My vendors through work were North of 300 and some even North of 400. And that's cost not retail.
