Trust me its a Dana 44 axle. And I bought it out of a 79 bronco. I can't say it is the axle that came from the factory.

the FRONT axle was a Dana 44. There aren't very many REAR dana 44s that would even be the correct 65" width to fit into a full size Bronco.

It's 60 inches, from axle tube end to axle tube end.
Don't think it has a locker.
Pretty sure it's just the regular shafts.

Some early 70's Ford's full size did have a 44 rear so could be from one of them.

Also have the matching front axle. With 4.10's, It's a Dana 44 as well.
