First it was 15, then 25, now it was 30mph. Before we know it you will say you were going 60 down that road.

Couldn't have been more than 40... you know, cause it was raining. Everybody slows down when it's raining

This is all aside the point of the original post... no I was not speeding. The zone was 35mph... If you want an exact speed calculation at 30 MPH from the point I hit the brake pedal to the second the lady pulled in front of me, you're not going to get it. Nobody was speeding. I did believe it was 15-20... I re-read the police report for the correct info. Not to mention there was the moron in front of me wanting to go as slow as possible because light rain means the end of the world to drivers in my town.

Anyway back to the main issue...
Talked to my lawyer and unfortunetly under MI no fault law, I cannot sue her for anything. I am getting $1,000 from her insurance, but the "no fault" law has protected her stupidity.

I'll just blame Obama.

You're a fucking retard

Everyone has been telling you that for the last 6 pages. And blaming obama for that is almost as retarted.

No it isn't.

Yes you were

We already know it (better than you do)

Nobody was speeding.
Besides you.

I did believe it was 15-20...
You also believed you could sue.

I re-read the police report for the correct info.
Was the cop there taking notes at the time you crashed into her? If not, then relying on the police report for your details makes as much sense as asking your doctor where you caught your cold.

Not to mention there was the moron in front of me wanting to go as slow as possible because light rain means the end of the world to drivers in my town.
I am pretty sure that moron didn't crash into a truck that day

Anyway back to the main issue...

Your stupidity has insured that you will not collect more than $1000. There are 6 pages of people answering your question. You refuse to believe them. Time for some self reflection and time to take some accountability for your actions.

I'll just blame Obama.
I blame your parents

Have a great day!

^^^^ I'd blame the doctor before I'd blame the parents. He didn't have to smack him on the ass, he could have just smothered him and claimed he was a stillbirth.
