I agree $7,200 a year on a 2005 focus seems to be almost not possible. Who quoted you that? Get any lube with that fucking?

yeah. he's full of shit. full coverage is usually within 20-30$ a month more than plpd. hell I just got a 67 f100 @
$217 a year for liability. plpd was $187. not worth the risk for 30$ in my case

I'm calling BS on that number.. By the time I was 21 I had had my license suspended 4 or 5 times, had around 10 or so points on my license, and I was paying 300.00 a month for full coverage on a 10 Y/O Jeep wrangler with a 1,000.00 deductible.

I once got a quote for 1200 PER MONTH for full coverage when i was 18. I did some calling around today and i got a quote from AAA 280 per month on a 2011 focus. Not bad i guess compared to 600.

Unless you are trying to insure a corvette or somthing similar, I think you may be an idiot.. My guess, is they are quoting you per 6 months.

If not, then you may have the worst credit rating and insurance score and/or you have to use a high risk insurance.

So you can afford to replace your 2005 with a 2011 but you can't afford insurance, or paying someone to give you a ride so you don't fail school? You need Jesus, and to take a life skills class.

There are places trying to make some extra cash for sure. Young kid at work, first car, 20yo, quoted $280 a week just last week on a '97 XJ.

I have always based if I get full coverage or plpd on a car on what it is worth and if I can replace it at the time. When I was young I drove cheap cars that if I got in an accident, I could part out and break even. As the value increased so did my insurance, I understand that full coverage is higher but you could have enough money to replace your car now. It is a gamble you take when you only have minimum coverage. I could be wrong but I have heard if you cash the insurances 1000 check, that means you accept the settlement and can not sue further.

He is 20 and didn't know that was stupid high, not to mention a weekly payment is very odd to say the least. This is what's wrong with our schools, why isn't this shit taught to kids in high school. I was lucky to have a family who taught me and helped me through these things.

When I was 20 I remember asking how much full coverage would cost on my 98 k1500 z71
It went from like 83 a month to 115

600 a month is a nice apartment or hell even a house payment lol

My gfs 07 magnum is only 125-145 for full coverage she has gieco

You missed it, he changed the story already. It was a 35 mph zone, so he was going 35, 10 ft from the lady in the ferd f-1 fiddy. So he was defiantly only doing maybe 20 mph
