Your failing school because of a accident? Should have got full coverage insurance rather then some off road parts. Slow down on wet roads.

No... this accident happend between 15 and 18 mph... in a 25 zone.
2. I have no way to class, so cannot participate, and 3. full coverage is $600 a month. I'm 22 years old and have a clean driving record...insurance is a scam and people like this is why prices are so high.
How about a non ignorant answer.

So you drove into her... Sounds like you need to learn to drive defensively.

I call bullshit on 15mph. IIRC Airbags only deploy if speeds are 20+

You can bullshit on 15 all you want... I had heavy traffic in front of me and 2 witnesses. Nobody was going anywhere very fast. You try going from 15 to 0 within a second and see the damage.

EDIT:
incorrect info: police report shows 35 mph zone. To go into detail, I was traveling at 25 mph, and by the time of impact on my brakes I am figuring 15-18 mph or so. Just a figure...lets not get technical. We could say it was exactly 20 mph.

She looked at you then drove sideways into you with her driver door. Why did you buy a new GPS if you have nothing to drive. You have your fault insurance not much you can do.

HAHAHA... You think a Lawyer and Insurance companies won't get technical? That's what they do. You're a 22 y/o that smacked a 60+ lady. Good luck.

I know how this shit works.... first thing cop did once he got to the scene was asked if I rear ended her... if you want me to get technical I can. It was proven her fault case closed so I'm not worried.

1) It's GL4x4, your fault for expecting a useful response

2) Just from your story, it really does seem like your leaving out stuff...I mean really, why drives 15 mph, other than when looking for a specific address?

3) Even if your 15 mph is true and she really did turn in front of you, and your not at all at fault.....then it's MI, no fault,;you chose to have only PLPD. Get over it and move on

Explain to me how that kind of damage can incur from only 15 mph anyway

It hasn't.. I've never hit anybody. Ever. I drove all over the country, in a semi truck for a couple years, I drove a bomb on wheel for a couple more. In over 200,000 verifiable commercial miles, I have never, ever hit anybody. Why? Because I drive defensively. I drive like an asshole (many can confirm this) but I drive defensively.

Sorry your ride got totaled, Glad your OK. 1000 is all, that's the risk of not having collision. My friends just lost a SUV worth 6500- as he just sold it on the phone- she and kids got flipped it was totaled everyone was ok. Kids hung upside down for a few minutes. Nobody was sited for fault so they got nothing.
Take your money and go get something to drive. Or pay for a ride.Go to school -work,stop the . Your not fired yet and you haven't flunked because of an accident today.

Yes you can sue her but there is no guarantee you will get anything out of it. Michigan is a no fault state and unless the police report and eye witness accounts put her at fault the chances of winning a suit may be slim.
