Default C4 trans noise

THis is in my 2.3 turbo Ranger drag racer, not my Ranger Truggy...

My new PA Performance Super Comp C4 has been making a weird noise from day one and looking for some expert advice.

I have what I thought was a "chirping" noise that is same rhythm as the crank shaft rpm. I thought no big deal its just the inspection plate rubbing the flywheel. However I find that it comes and goes.Upon removing the starter and spinning motor by hand I can see no evidence of the forward facing flywheel surface rubbing anything.I have a pretty clear view up into the bellhousing and there apears to be more than enough room between flywheel and plate.

So now Im wondering if its internal. During install my helper removed the passenger side rear band adjuster completely from the trans by mistake {long story} and I just reinstalled it then dropped the valvebody to see if anything had dropped out of place and everything looked to be fine so I buttoned it up.I have put 100 miles on trans so far and it seems to be operating perfectly other than the chirping/rubbing sound.

So, has anyone every heard of an internal noise like this that was caused by a band issue?

This video was taken after a 10 mile drive that made no noise but as soon as I pulled into my driveway it started.
