I have no idea what you are trying to do, but why not just buy one made, or buy a universal kit? Even if you find one the right length, chances are the bushing or bolt size will not be correct.

Gotta leaf sprung ranger with a Dana 44 was going to use pass side axle pivot bracket for Frame mount and make a bracket in top of U bolt plate for axle mount. Trying to as cheap as possible. Wanted to pull a trac bar from junkyard or craigslist and just adapt one side to fit in the axle pivot bracket. I think an early bronco trac bar will work for what I want to do.

Why are you gonna put a track bar on a leaf sprung axle? That's not needed at all. It actually hinders suspension movement.

It's factory on Jeep YJ and older Ford Super Duty trucks. Those are leaf fronts.

I know its factory but it is also unneeded. It forces the axle to try to move in different directions. The track bar forces the axle to move in a sideways arc while the leaf springs are trying to move straight up and down but slightly fore and aft depending on shackle locations. Causing binding and limits off road capabilities..
