Default where to reprogram PROM style computers?

so i was looking for a chip to put in a 1995 2500 4x4 suburban i rebuilt the motor and put headers on it, it has mild cam and was bored 20 over and no CAT. was told that i would be suck with premium fuel only and could get it programmed somewhere for my specific application. does anyone know where i can get this done.. and how much? thanks.
