I don't understand what the purpose of this post is. You are confident that you know who stole your stuff, but won't give any details as to who that is? What is it that you would like from the interwebs?

I know a ton of people with black chevy trucks. At least post a link to the specific truck or something.

Yes we called the police right after I noticed the stuff was gone they have been rude and not the most helpful just thinking that the word might spread faster through here. As said before he lives in hudsonville has a jeep project that is down to the frame. Has has recently bought my Dana 44 high pinion off Craig's list that was blown up. I purchased a new axle from this site and bought all of the parts to freshen it up which are also the parts that my hp needed to be fixed.

I am getting a feeling there is more to this story. Was there a conflict about any of the said previous transactions.

Here is my ad for the axle. When the guy was here I told him that this was going to take alot of parts to put back together. There was not any conflict during the transaction. He did try to take the parts when the sale took place and i told him those are my new parts for the current axle and he still wanted the hp.

Hate to be a dick here but you invited a stranger into your garage off Craigslist. Next time put the items for sale at the very least in your driveway and close all doors, better yet put them in the back of a truck or something and meet them at a McDonald's. If your lucky, and I mean extremely lucky the local police will bring you justice but do keep in mind that you are going to have to do 99.9999998% of the work to take this piece of Shit down.

I hate thiefs.

I never let craigslist people see what I have. That is why I prefer to sell to the gl4x4 water heads.

I never meet anyone from CL at my house, always in a public area miles away. Usually the same with GL but I've had people come to my house a few times. Not a lot of worry with this site. But whenever you sell something to anyone over the net its a good idea to meet in a public place.

CL people come to my house at least once a month, never an issue.

I do phone screen though, no thugs.

"Casual encounters" are a little different story.

If they seem shady I make sure they know I'm packing. Never had an issue.
