Default Need some help around redford

need some help anyone in the Redford

I need the front lower control arm bracket's cut off and new one's welded on don't have the tools or know how I would help out and pay you for your time just needs to be as close to Redford as possible this is mostly and trail rig and don't have a trail at the moment...thanks in advance

its on a 2001 xj

Yes but anything over 30mph I can't keep it on the road
