an LLC is cheap to set up. it also has "limited liability" making getting sued suck less.

In my mind, if you already think this about a BDA, then the LLC is just as important, if not more. You may think you don't need it YET, but when something happens and you decide you need one, it will probably be too late if you wait till that time.
