Hole Lee Chit!
Heater core is corroded and controls are jammed on defrost only.
In winter when we turn on heat and we get lukewarm to cold.
In summer we get warm air on our feet and mild cool air through the vents, but never cold!

Thats usually a failsafe, we are required to try to get back to defrost if things go south. Driver safety (visibility) is higher priority than driver comfort.

sounds cheap for a dealer... didnt you just cry about another dealership a few months ago? did you not get a quote first?

I don't understand your complaint...

As stated by others, that shit is expensive and insanely labor intensive.

Dealership informed my wife they will need to keep her jeep for several days to complete all of the work.
So they gave her a rental car for free
I had to pick it up though.
I couldn't get a ride out to the dealership so they sent a shuttle to pick me up!
Rental office gave me a choice between a 200, mini van, or ram truck.
Out of courtesy I called my wife to see what she wanted.
She did not answer her phone.
So dodge ram 2500 4x4 crew cab with 8' box it is

He doesn't know him. He just knows where he lives. . Which may sound creepy, but it's pretty easy to spot this guys house/yard/complex.

Side note, we refer to the dealership as "Richmond Chrylser" because of the long name.

I do the all the social media for the dealership, so like us on FB here: https://www.facebook.com/DriveEnvy

And see some of the fun commercials we have done here: https://www.youtube.com/user/DriveEnvy
