trouble is correct.....old trouble actually

bout 9-10 years ago i got busted for DWI there......dumb move, i know.....haven't done any drinkin & driven since!!

Anywhos, did the usual hoopla: license suspended till further notice, alcohol classes, alcohol assessment, probation yadda yadda.

After jumping through all there hoops in the 1st year, i had my appointment with SOS.....who nicely told me "too soon to reinstate license"

(need to add i got a "impaired driving 6.5 years BEFORE this happened)

I was pissed off.....you only get one shot at SOS per year.....

Needless to say, i waited 2 years and got my license back restricted, which it was up until i got a letter just before starting this post, stating they yanked my license once again for not completing yet another alcohol class thingie.

Called them up and talked to the magistrat(sp?) and got my restricted license back again, but needed to get copies of my case file (had copies, but our home burnt to the ground last year and i never got around to getting another copy.....)

Anywhos, to make a longer story a bit shorter i'm still fighting with SOS about this

thanx.....it should just a matter of doing what "they" want me to all over again

Should've done it the 1st time, but i'm a hard headed bastage

I'm in a spot right now though until i talk to a lawyer.....i mean, i've done EVERYTHING they wanted me to years ago, just doesn't seem right that i would have to do it all over again. Specially since i haven't been in any trouble since, no tickets for ANYTHING
